President Donald Trump has threatened to leave the US if he loses the election to Joe Biden as Trump is trailing behind his rival in the polls.
Trump said he would “not feel so good” should he lose to “the worst candidate in history of American Politics,” on Friday evening.
A major poll showed that Biden is 11 percentage points ahead of Trump, whilst a survey in Florida said voters say the Republican is behind by just three points.
President Trump told supporters in Macon, Georgia on Friday evening, “Running against the worst candidate in the history of American politics puts pressure on me. Could you imagine if I lose?
“My whole life, what am I going to do?
“I’m going to say, I lost to the worst candidate in the history of politics. I’m not going to feel so good.
“Maybe I’ll have to leave the country, I don’t know.”
