London tech start up and jobs search engine Adzuna has launched in Germany to help 2.5m unemployed people find jobs.
The new site Adzuna.de will collate job adverts in real-time and allows users to search jobs by using their Facebook and LinkedIn contacts.
Adzuna has over 1.5 million monthly visitors and founders Andrew Hunter and Doug Munro aim to make it the “Google of classified searches.”

The site is backed by Passion Capital, The Accelerator Group and Index Ventures,
Andrew Hunter, co-founder of Adzuna, said, “We’re delighted to announce the launch of Adzuna.de today and we’re excited to build on our UK success. We believe job seekers in Germany are underserved by the tools currently available in the market. Our aim is to arm job seekers in Germany with all the information they need to find their perfect job.”
