Boris Johnson now odds-on to quit as PM this year with Penny Mourdant the new favourite to replace him

Boris Johnson is now more likely than not to step down as PM this year, as he becomes odds-on with Betfair at 20/21 to quit in 2022.

Penny Mourdant is now the new clear favourite to be the next Conservative leader at 6/1, ahead of Jeremy Hunt, Ben Wallace and Liz Truss at 8/1 and the Tories are now 3/1 to win an overall majority at the next General Election, while Labour are 4/1.
