Since the Supreme Court ruled that proroguing of parliament was “unlawful” which was a serious blow for the PM, since the ruling Boris Johnson has faced many calls to resign.
William Hill the bookmakers are now offering a 8/1 that Johnson will be gone as prime minister by midnight this Friday.
Rupert Adams a William Hill spokesman said, “The odds suggest the Supreme Court ruling is a serious blow for the Prime Minister and there is a real chance that he could be gone by the weekend.”
William Hill are offering Ken Clarke the father of the House of Commons of 8/1 to become the next prime minister.
On Tuesday a Downing Street spokesperson said that the prime minister will not be resigning after the judgement.
