A man charged with Friday’s Tottenham Court Road bomb scare appears in court today.
48-year-old Michael Green, from Hertfordshire, has been charged with possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid/gas or electrical incapacitating device. He also faces charges of making a bomb hoax, recklessly endangering life, causing criminal damage and false imprisonment.
