Russian forces have been accused on Tuesday of launching a chemical weapons attack in Izyum, in the Kharkiv region leaving many residents with โsymptoms of poisoning.โ

Nikita Karakay, a Deputy of the Izyum City Council wrote on Facebook, “Symptoms of poisoning: redness of the eyes, nausea, vomiting, respiratory failure, loss of consciousness.
โBlood samples were taken from the victims, clothes were sent for examination.”
Kharkiv’s regional governor, Oleh Synehubov, said at least three people had been killed and 16 wounded after Russian shelling in the region.
The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov confirmed on Tuesday, the Kremlin are now starting a new stage of its so-called special military operation in Ukraine.
Lavrov added, “Another stage of this operation is beginning and I am sure this will be a very important moment of this entire special operation.”

There are reports of heavy shelling, bunker buster missiles being used with fierce trench warfare fighting which marks phase two of the war and Russia claims they have started a full scale offensive in the region.
