South Korea have warned that North Korea has shown “unusual increase” in military activity over conflicting and confusing reports over the death of Kim John-un.

South Korea’s Defence Minister Jeong Kyeong-doo said there has been an increase in air force flight operations and have stepped up inspections of artillery.

Kyeong-doo said, “”North Korea … has been heightening military tensions through an unusual increase in the inspection activities for its combat readiness posture, mostly of its artillery, and in its air force planes’ flight operations.”

His warnings comes after there have been many unconfirmed reports of his death following heart surgery.

The vice director of Hong Kong Satellite Television (HKSTV) Shijian Xingzou, said a “very solid source” told her Kim Jong Un, is already dead.

US Senator Lindsey Graham said he would be “shocked” if the despot was not “dead or incapacitated.”

The US Senator said such rumours in North Korea over the death would not be allowed to go “unanswered,” since he has not been seen since 11 April.

It is believed that Yo Jong, 31 would most likely form some kind of allegiance with a few loyalist, until one of his children are old enough to take the helm.

Senator Graham added to speculation, and told Fox News on Saturday evening that he believes reports over Kim Jong-un.

He said, “Well, it’s a closed society, I don’t know anything directly.

“But I’d be shocked if he’s not dead or in some incapacitated state because you don’t let rumors like this go forever or go unanswered in a closed society, which is really a cult, not a country, called North Korea.

“So, I pretty well believe he is dead or incapacitated.

“And I hope the long-suffering North Korean people will get some relief if he is dead, and President Trump’s willing to do business with North Korea in a win-win fashion.

“So, if this guy is dead, I hope the next person who takes over will work with President Trump to make North Korea a better place for everybody.”

A senior Pentagon official said. there is “certainly credibility to report that [Kim] is either in a serious health condition or potentially deceased.

“Since he is perceived as a deity in NK [North Korea], his death would instantly trigger nationwide indications, so there is potential that the government had delayed an announcement in order to have everything in place to maintain security across the country.”
