Odds on Liz Truss to leave her role this year have tumbled to 1/2 from 5/6 with Suella Braverman resigning as home secretary.

Rishi Sunak is the 11/5 frontrunner to replace Truss as the next Tory leader, with Penny Mordaunt 4/1.
