Shares in Italian Club Juventus are down. Nearly £76m has been wiped off the value of its shares ever since the rape allegations have surfaced against its player Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo has denied that he sexually assaulted a woman in the United States in 2009. However, a video has now surfaced showing Cristiano Ronaldo and rape accuser Kathryn dancing in a nightclub just hours before she was allegedly attacked.

This is not all. Sportswear giant Nike has also expressed ‘concern’ by the rape allegations. “We are deeply concerned by the disturbing allegations and will continue to closely monitor the situation,” a Nike spokesman had told media yesterday.
