The John Lewis Partnership (JLP) are to hire 12,500 temporary staff for the festive period and workers will be hired to work at John Lewis stores and the Waitrose grocery arm.
JLP recruitment drive is the largest ever and the company will hire 4,100 more workers than the same period last year.
