The owners of Agent Provocateur are looking for a suitable buyer for the lingerie chain.

The pricetag? £200m.

According to Sky News, owners 3i are known to be in talks with investment banks Goldman Sachs and Rothschild to conduct a sale. The sale is expected as early as next year.

Agent Provocateur saw profits increase by more than 50% to £6.2m in the 12 months to March 2013.
