Adhering to its venture builder strategy, Genius Group has secured $50m in acquisitions across the globe during Q3 in 2020. To further strengthen its position as the leading entrepreneur education group in the world, so far this year Genius Group is on track to achieve $35m in revenue and $8m in profit.

Via historical data and future projections, Genius Group and its CEO and founder Roger James Hamilton have long considered a financial crash was looming. As such they have been working on a successful acquisition strategy, designed to strengthen and grow the business. The coronavirus crisis has brought this financial crash to fruition and Genius Group is well prepared to ride out the storm.

Roger James Hamilton, Founder and CEO of Genius Group said, “During a crisis, the best strategy is to buy, while in buoyant times selling is the best course of action. Based on this knowledge we have actioned our venture builder strategy to great success and are proud to have achieved so much during such a turbulent year.”

The acquisitions secured via this strategy have been chosen for their entrepreneur education credentials and are all part of a larger global concept to provide the first fully viable alternative for students from the current UK and USA education systems.

Genius Group’s 2020 vision is quickly becoming a reality as via these acquisitions a global faculty is being built by assembling thought leaders and entrepreneurs. Genius Group is also partnering with educational locations and individual teachers who can provide their courses and mentoring on GeniusU, their edtech platform, and as part of the new Genius School curriculum.

Genius School is a global education movement founded by Roger James Hamilton and leading education entrepreneur Angela Stead. Many children experience education that is often disengaging, irrelevant or redundant, a one size fits all model. Genius School offers child centred, personalised learning pathways for children aged 0 to 16, that ignite the genius in children, creating self-aware lifelong learners, who are our empowered future leaders.

Over the course of the next quarter and in line with the recent acquisitions, a full genius curriculum will be launched for 2021. The group aims to complete the year with over 1.5 million students.
