Seven countries have issued travel alerts advising their citizens that “violence has assumed dangerous proportions” and there is an “unstable security situation” in various parts of the UK.
Canada has raised their risk level of travelling to the UK warning there is a “threat of terrorism,” the former Met Police counter-terror chief Neil Basu has also warned that Britian has “crossed the line into terrorism.”
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) warned on Tuesday their citizens could be at risk due to an “unstable security situation in various cities across the UK.”

The High Commission of India in London issued a warning today advising, “Indian travellers would be aware of recent disturbances in some parts of the United Kingdom.

“The High Commission of India in London is closely monitoring the situation. Visitors from India are advised to stay vigilant and exercise due caution while travelling in the UK.
It is advisable to follow local news and advisories issued by local security agencies, and to avoid areas where protests are underway.
“Many countries around the world, including the US, Germany and Denmark, issued travel advice to their citizens following riots in England in summer 2011.”

The Australian government advised travellers should “exercise a high degree of caution” and “Avoid areas where protests are occurring due to the potential for disruption and violence,” across the UK.
On Monday Malaysia, Nigeria and Indonesia warned their citizens of the risks of travelling to Britain and their nationals who live in the UK to stay clear of demonstrations and protests.
