Ted Baker has lost another senior board director a week after the troubled retailers chairman and chief executive quit.
The retailer said that Ron Stewart quit after serving nine years as a senior independent director, shares fell by 3% after the news. Jon Kempster has been appointed as independent non-executive director.
Two weeks ago, the company revealed that the groups inventory was overstated between £20m and £25m.
