A man was reportedly on fire near Holborn Tube station yesterday evening.
According to eyewitnesses, people were trying to douse the flames.
Eyewitness Venetia Casely tweeted: “How did that guy catch on fire on Kingsway! Think a guy from ladbrokes put him out.”

The man in his thirties was taken to University College Hospital by London Ambulance Service just after 6.30pm. The service said he was still conscious and breathing.
