Swain asked Johnson, “Morning prime minister will you come on Good Morning Britain and deliver on your promise to talk to Piers and Susanna?”
“We’re ready to go, we’re live on ITV right now.”
Johnson’s head of press, Rob Oxley could then be heard saying “oh for f***’s sake.”
Piers Morgan and Sussana Reid can be heard expressing their shock, Swain said to Oxley, “Do you want to tone your language down as well because people are watching this this morning.”
Oxley replied, “of course I will” and then walks away whilst at Greenside Farm Business Park.
Johnson said to Swain “I’ll be with you in a second” and then quickly retreating into the freezer with his aides.
Morgan said, “He’s gone into the fridge” then delivered his verdict on Twitter.
