The US-inspired Black Friday is the day after the Thanksgiving Day in USA and all around the world including UK. This year, it will fall on November 23, although many retailers will start offering deals many days in advance.
Last year, the UK’s overall spending during the sales weekend was up 11.7 per cent from £1.39bn on the previous year. Many expect this year’s sales to exceed 2017 numbers.
Like this year, Amazon’s deals will be open from 00:00 on Friday 16th until 23:59 on Sunday 25th November. Amazon will offer new ‘Deals of the Day’ everyday throughout the period across the site, with products ranging from must-have electronics, toys and fashion to sports, beauty, home items and more. There will also be thousands of ‘Lightning Deals’ – products available at a discount, in limited quantities, for a short period of time – with new deals becoming available as often as every five minutes.
