New G4S gaffe as security giant suffers security breach at AGM

The G4S chief who oversaw last year’s Olympic security debacle may be gone, but the security goliath looks like it will have to tighten its own security after an embarassing breach at its annual meeting.

The firm’s AGM yesterday, held at Salters’ Hall in Moorgate, was disrupted as a large group of attendees shot up and revealed they were protesters, rather than innocent shareholders. They were quickly ejected afterwards.

After a lapse like this, the security firm may want to check who they have guarding their meetings in the future.
