Western intelligence has suggested that the Russian President has serious health issues such as Parkinson’s and cancer and recently an oligarch who has connections to the Kremlin said Putin has “blood cancer.”

Putin has been seen in public with a bloated face with shaking hands and feet with experts believing his is receiving chemo and taking steroids.

The MIS source told the Daily Star, “Putin is very ill and when he dies his death will be kept secret for weeks, if not months.

“There is also the possibility that he is already dead. It’s impossible to know.

“It is believed that Putin has employed body doubles in the past when he has been unwell and the Kremlin could be doing so now.

“Putin is the head of a small group of senior officials who are completely loyal to him.”

The source added, “The real fear (for his cronies) is that once his death is announced there could be a Kremlin coup and Russian generals will want to withdraw from Ukraine.

“Putin’s death will leave them powerless and vulnerable so they have a vested interest in saying that Putin is alive – when the reverse could be true.”

Earlier this month a high profile Russian oligarch was heard saying in an audio recording that Putin is “very ill with blood cancer.”

The recording obtained by New Lines Magazine hears the high profile Russian oligarch saying he is “very ill” but the Kremlin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov claims that Putin is “excellent” health.

The Russian businessman who has strong ties to the Kremlin could be heard saying that Putin has “absolutely ruined Russia’s economy, Ukraine’s economy and many other economies.”

He added, “The problem is with his head.…One crazy guy can turn the world upside down.”

Without identifying the oligarch the magazine said that he featured on the Russian Forbes list as the 200 richest businessmen.

He said, “we all hope” Putin dies from the cancer or from a politically-motivated cause, such as a coup.
