Due to a faulty fuel pump Honda are recalling 1.4m globally which can cause the vehicles to stall in some of the most popular models.
The popular models include their Acura NSX, Accord and Civic models which have faulty fuel pumps that are exposed to a production solvent drying for longer periods, that may lead to surface cracking and excess fuel consumption.
The cars that are affected are the popular Acura models, and the 2018 and 2019 NSX cars, the 2019Acura RDX and RLX machines are mentioned with the RLX Sport hybrid vehicle.
The NHTSA report found the RDX model was the most affected in the US with recalls issued for 34,405 cars.
The 2018 and 2019 Honda Accord cars were also featured with all models affected built between June 2018 and February 2019.
