Today’s the day of the launch of the iPhone 6 or, the day when Apple makes your phone look uncool.

According to a gazillion media reports, Tim Cook will launch two new iPhones and a smartwatch. Rumours are doing rounds the launch will be followed by a performance or an album launch by U2.

We predict the technoratis to either go “OMG! The new iPhone 6 is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” or just “meh”.

So what should you expect from Apple’s big launch tonight:

1. The iPhone 6

There is a one in a million chance you haven’t seen the “leaked” photos of the new iPhone 6. (You *really* haven’t? Click here to see them). The iPhone 6 is expected to come in two screens sizes – 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screens. Other wow factors include buttons on the side and health apps called HealthKit and HomeKit.

2. The iWatch

The iWatch is the other big launch Apple is gearing up for. It can be used for monitoring a person’s eating habits, exercise routines and turning on the coffee maker in the morning. Oh, it will probably tell the time too.

3. Mobile wallet

You may be able to use your iPhone as a contactless payment code to do your grocery shopping. Apple has reportedly shook hands with American Express, Visa and Mastercard, to launch the mobile wallet.

All will be revealed at 6pm (BST) at the Flint Centre in Cupertino, California.
