Users of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are complaining about a new bug that lets anyone access photos and contacts on the phone while it’s still locked.
Spotted on the new version of the iOS, the bug uses Siri to disclose information.
Users said that asking Siri to search Twitter with some terms brings up contacts and other data like an email address or phone number. Once users obtain an email address, they can use 3D Touch to add the email to an existing contact.
Bringing up contacts and choosing to edit one gives users the option to add a photo to a contact. This gives users access to the iPhone’s saved photos.
