UK to rollout Moderna vaccine within two weeks

The Vaccines Minister Nadhim Zahawi has said on Tuesday that the Moderna vaccine will be rolled out across the UK within the next two weeks.

In January the government signed a deal to receive 17m doses of the vaccine by Spring once the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) approved Moderna.

Zahawi told BBC Breakfast this morning, “We’ll get more volume in May as well.”
