Tory MP Douglas Carswell is set to join UKIP, he annonunced today.
In a press conference, the MP for Clacton in Essex said he wants to “shake-up” the cosy Westminster “clique”.
Carswell said he would resign from Parliament to stand for UKIP in a by-election.
