Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S5 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on 24 February.
The world’s biggest smartphone maker fuelled rumours after sending out invitations for its “Samsung unPacked 5” event due to take place in the mobile conference.
The new phone is expected to include a 5.25-inch screen, bigger than the Samsung Galaxy S4. It’s also expected to come in two versions: metal and plastic.
Other features include iris recognition, fingerprint scanner and an improved 16-megapixels rear camera.
