Liberal Democrat MP David Ward is in hot water for sending out controversial tweets about the Israel-Gaza conflict.
The MP tweeted: “The big question is – if I lived in #Gaza would I fire a rocket? – probably yes.”

The MP for Bradford East is facing disciplinary action for his tweets.
A Liberal Democrat spokesman said: “Nick Clegg has been at the forefront of calling for peace in Israel and Gaza. We utterly condemn David Ward’s comments, they are not representative of the Liberal Democrats.
“The party takes this matter very seriously and will treat it as a disciplinary issue.”
Last year, Ward was suspended from the party for controversial comments on Israel.
At the time he tweeted: “Am I wrong or are am I right? At long last the Zionists are losing the battle – how long can the apartheid State of Israel last?”
Twitter was abuzz condemning Ward’s “vile tweet”. Take a look at the reactions:
.@DavidWardMP > Appalling: No MP should tweet what’s essentially incitement to violence. Mr Ward must withdraw now. Completely irresponsible

@DavidWardMP Are there any other acts of terrorism you’d like to advocate, David?

@DavidWardMP you would fire a rocket indiscriminately into Israel? Where it may kill completely innocent children? That’s your solution?
