It’s official! Not letting people off the Tube before getting on is the most annoying commuter habit for Londoners.
According to a new YouGov survey of Londoners, 90% of commuters find it annoying when others don’t let people off the Tube before getting on. In fact, 60% of us find it “very annoying”.
Number two on the list, and rightly so, is “people not letting you pass to get off the Tube ” followed by “people not getting up for the pregnant and the elderly”.
And if you’re one of those who plays loud music or stops at the top or bottom of escalators, then you probably get on our nerves too.
