Vladimir Putin’s forces carried out yet another evil and sadistic attack on innocent civilians and many residential buildings on Dnipro overnight.

Fire crews put out blazes on residential, administrative buildings a gas pipeline and vehicles. The Vasylkivka community in the Synelnykove district was also attacked leaving a house on fire.
According to Air Command East, air defences repelled the air attack and 27 drones were shot down over the Dnipropetrovsk region., RBC-Ukraine reported.
Russian forces have once again struck ordinary residential areas and educational institutions in Dnipro. More than ten multi-storey buildings were damaged, with several hundred, possibly close to a thousand, windows shattered. Heating infrastructure near one of the buildings has been damaged, and many civilian vehicles were burned.

This clip shows the moment my wife and I came under attack inside our own home in Dnipro🇺🇦This is Russia’s war away from the frontlines: civilians sheltering, homes shaking, windows shattering & little warning.

According to preliminary reports, seven people were injured, including two children. Most are suffering acute stress reactions, though there are also shrapnel wounds. City hospitals are providing all necessary assistance. A vocational school was also hit.
The fire there has been extinguished, but workshops and the student dormitory sustained damage. Two kindergartens and one school were affected as well. Assessment of the full extent of the damage is ongoing.
While “peace” is being talked up, Dnipro is under active attack right now.

Last night in Dnipro, the war arrived again, sirens, impacts, and the familiar calculus of sheltering civilians.
This is the reality that sits uncomfortably alongside conference tables and draft frameworks. While strategies are being sketched for 2026 and beyond, people are dying now. Families measure nights by explosions, not policy milestones.
