Jeremy Clarkson the Grand Tour co-host has been criticised for complaining of road closures near the M4 after a serious crash that saw a person airlifted to hospital.
Clarkson said in a tweet, “Dear the M4 Police. The injured have now been taken care of. So here’s an idea. Open the road.”

One follower replied, “Presume the police have accident investigation work to which I presume you would want done if it was you or your family member that had been seriously injured?”
Two weeks ago Clarkson made a similar tweet as he blasted police for being to slow to re-open a road after a pensioner had died following a car crash.
Remember when you complained about the dead car crash victim taking too long to get scraped up off the road the other week?

A twitter user responded and said, “Dear Jeremy. The police have a significantly better idea of what needs to be done after a road collision.
“So here’s an idea. Stop whining.”

Another wrote, “Good thing they don’t listen to overly inflated egos like you, but do their job & open the road when it’s safe & are able to do so.
“Maybe give us all a rest from your expertise Jeremy. You used to be entertaining.”
