Labour’s odds slashed to 1/5 from 2/9 to win majority with Tory vote split, according to odds from AltIndex

AltIndex spokesperson said, “Reform UK have just handed Labour a huge boost in their hopes of winning a majority at the next general election, according to the latest betting odds.

“Labour’s odds of winning a majority have improved to 1/5 from 2/9, increasing by two percent to a 83% implied probability after Reform announced that they will stand a candidate in every seat which may split the Conservative’s voter base.

“The Tories have drifted to 11/1 from 10/1 to retain their majority and 6/1 to be the party that wins the most seats when the country heads to the polls.”
