They’ve scaled the Shard and occupied George Osborne’s Cheshire office to make their point.
Now Greenpeace activists have climbed the 52m high Nelson’s Column in Trafalgar Square to protest against London’s high levels of air pollution.
Protesters from the environmental group have put surgical masks over iconic London statues including Eros in Piccadilly Circus and the Oliver Cromwell statue at Parliament.
Four protesters have been arrested and emergency services are at the scene.
Greenpeace plans to put surgical masks over 17 statues in the capital today.
