From following an escort agency to endorsing a spoof Twitter account of Iain Duncan Smith, David Cameron’s Twitter booboos keep getting more cringeworthy.
In his latest social media fail, the PM tweeted a picture of his phone call to American President Barack Obama.
I’ve been speaking to @BarackObama about the situation in Ukraine. We are united in condemnation of Russia’s actions. pic.twitter.com/7Rk2k8iOIK

As of this morning, the tweet has been retweeted over 5,600 times and has been marked a favourite over 2,200 times.
Twitter went in a tizzy poking fun at Cameron’s tweet with everyone from comedian Rob Delaney to Sir Patrick Stewart joining in.
