Over the years, GCP’s digital campaigns have enjoyed great success with customers. The success that GCP’s digital campaigns have achieved has also extended to its GCP Advent Calendar. The advent calendar is embedded in the GCP Service App and available on the company’s website. GCP launched the advent calendar for the first time this year and it was well received during the holiday period.

Grand City Properties encouraged tenants to participate from home by contributing creative ideas including e-cards, mini-games, and recipes. The company’s tenants had the opportunity to win a gift voucher worth €50 every day. In addition, GCP loyalty points from the GCP Loyalty Program were available to participating tenants. Loyalty points can be exchanged by tenants for credits on their GCP account.

A smashing success for all

The Grand City Properties Advent Calendar had over 25,000 views in total. The company was also reminded of the popularity of its loyalty program thanks to its link with the calendar. Grand City Properties enjoyed an increased number of tenants who registered for the program, which experienced a nearly 20% increase in participants as around 500 tenants joined the loyalty program. New participants were able to begin the loyalty program right away and enjoy the points.

“Interactive experiences and digital activities became a natural a part of our business in recent years,” Katrin Petersen, GCP spokesperson, said. “We’re delighted that such a large number of tenants took part in the GCP Advent Calendar and we want to congratulate the winners of the wish vouchers. We are excited for the future and look forward to next year’s GCP calendar!”

Grand City Properties promotes a number of digital activities for customers throughout the year. In 2021, the company promoted a Halloween contest via the social media platform Instagram. Previous digital activities also included a digital summer holiday, online Easter egg search, and a digital visit from Santa Claus at Christmas time.

Extending GCP’s digital initiatives, the company launched the “We make it beautiful” program. The interactive digital campaign promotes sharing and togetherness amongst GCP’s community of tenants.
