Moscow cremates ‘almost continuously’ dead Russian soldiers to hide the vast numbers creating ‘acrid smoke’

Residents in the Southeastern city of Melitopol are suffering with the smell of “acrid smoke” as Russian’s are cremating their dead soldiers “almost continuously.”

Ukrainian Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Maliar said that dead Russian soldiers are being delivered on mass from Kherson around 100 miles away to be cremated.

Maliar said on Telegram, “The command of the Russian occupying forces tries to hide the real losses of personnel and carries out burials in the temporarily occupied territories, without transporting the remains to Russia.

“Local residents have been feeling the characteristic acrid smoke for a long time.”

In the first year of the war the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) estimated that around 40,000 to 60,000 Russian soldiers had been killed in Ukraine.

Moscow are burning their dead to cover up the sheer scale of the amount of Russian soldiers which have been killed in combat.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces that Moscow has set up a crematorium in Melitopol in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast region  and are “burning it’s own soldiers.”

Locals are complaining about the smell of “corpse odour” which are being burned “24/7” leaving “acrid smoke” across the city.

The General Staff said, “The enemy continues to hide his losses. He actively uses mobile crematoriums for this.

“In particular, it has been established that one of such crematoriums in 24/7 mode is currently operating in the northeastern part of the occupied city of Melitopol Zaporizhzhia region.

“At the same time, the transport of the bodies of the dead occupants is carried out by board trucks. In addition, locals complain about the constant corpse odor in the city, especially at night.”

In a rare admission, Russia’s General Mikhail Teplinsky, commander of Russia’s Airborne Forces, said, “More than 5,000 wounded paratroopers returned to the front after treatment, and over three and a half thousand of our wounded refused to leave the front line at all.”
