Failed bomb attempt in Paris shows that France was at an ‘extremely high risk’ of a terror attack

French authorities have arrested five people and deactivated an explosive device, a member of the public alerted the police of suspicious activity in the Porte d’Auteuil of the affluent, 16^th district in Paris.
