Vladimir Putin has been warned that if Ukrainian forces take back Crimea Russian troops “will panic” and they “will become weaker.”

President Volodymyr Zelensky’ advisor, Mykhailo Podolyak said that they have many strategies one of which is to take back their territory of Crimea.

During an interview with Italian daily Corriere.it, Podolyak said that by cutting of Putin’s supply lines to the frontlines is a strategic goal for Kyiv.

Presidential advisor said that the West should expect “an increase of our attacks” to recapture the annexed peninsula.

Podolyak was asked if Ukraine will win the war by taking out Crimea which is being used as a logistics centre for Russian forces.

He told the outlet, “It will surely be a major success. Russians will become weaker, it will take only a few days for that to become apparent.

“Russian frontline troops will panic, and Moscow’s political rhetoric will change completely.

Dmitry Medvedev has previously said that if Ukraine takes back Crimea then a nuclear bomb will be used, Podolyak actually believes that Putin will be forced to do this in order to win the war.

Medvedev, the deputy chairman of the Security Council of Russia warned on Wednesday that there will “direct conflict with NATO.”

He warned on 29 August that there will be an “apocalypse” as Ukrainian troops keep attacking Crimea which was annexed in 2014 into the Russian Federation.

Medvedev said on Telegram, “Ukrainian criminals announced that they received approval for any strikes throughout Russia, ‘for example, [to attack – ed.] Crimea.’

“If this is true (and there is no reason to doubt it now), then this is direct, legally significant evidence of the West’s complicity in the war against Russia on the side of Stepan Bandera’s state [Stepan Bandera was a leader of the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists, whom the Russians are afraid of – ed.].

“Sophisticated casus belli, and the opportunity for Russia to act within the jus ad bellum against everyone and everything in the NATO countries.

“Sad, unfortunately. The prophecies of the Apocalypse are getting closer.”
