Parts of west London are in chaos this morning after flooding blocked roads and rail lines.
People had to be rescued from homes and cars after torrential rain swept across London causing Ruislip and a section of the A40 to be submerged.
According to the Met Office, 42.6mm of rain fell in just two hours.
