So, how can you do that? Well, you can be generous around the holiday seasons. Staff are going to appreciate having a night out or a free meal so that they can have some fun. It ensures that they feel appreciated and this can allow them to work harder in the office. Sometimes, it is good to just show that you are happy with your staff and you are pleased with the work they do every day. Be generous and you will get this appreciation in return.
