Visual engagement at the heart of investor in customers design refresh

The leading customer experience agency, Investor in Customers, has carried out a refresh to their identity and created new modern, visually engaging, marketing collateral to help build brand awareness.

Brand, creative and digital agency Mr B & Friends completed the brand refresh project for their long-standing client Investor in Customers. The Bristol based agency has worked with the business to develop new brand guidelines, refreshed logos, new Investor in Customers Award assets, social and website graphics, built a new image library, created new email, slide and social media templates in addition to other marketing collateral. The new brand toolkit introduces new colours and iconography to aid brand expression, engagement and interest.

Account Director Had Armitstead of Mr B & Friends said: “We have been delighted to work with Investor in Customers on the refresh of their brand, laying the foundations for them to further develop the business with some key additional marketing tools”.

The visual identity system, guidelines and key assets work was led by Designer Nathan Crosby, he said: “Investor in Customers are an established and well-respected organisation and as such need a creative toolkit to allow them to go to market with a more impactful look and feel. Our focus has been to use our branding expertise to help them to increase their visibility and distinguish themselves within the market.”
