Donald Trump has made it official that he will run for a second term as US President and is 9/2 to win another four years but has work to do to beat 5/2 favourite Ron DeSantis.
Trump had been the market leader to win in 2024 but DeSantis became the new 5/2 favourite following his impressive results in the recent midterm elections.
DeSantis is the 6/4 favourite to be named the Republican nominee, with Trump next at 9/5 and Nikki Haley some way behind the leading pair at 17/1.
Joe Biden is 11/2 to win a second term as President in 2024, while fellow Democrats Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris are the next blue candidates at 20/1 and Pete Buttigieg is 27/1.
Biden is the 13/8 favourite to win the Democrat nomination for the next election, with his Vice-President Harris next at 6/1 and Newsom 15/2.
