The London HQ and ticket office of the famous White Star Line of Titanic fame has been redeveloped into the capital’s most iconic £100m luxury apartment.

The apartments are for sale through Beauchamp Estates.

The new ocean liner themed apartments are some of the most extravagant residence to be unveiled in London. Misland Capital has overseen the project working with Oceanic Developments Ltd.

The Oceanic House where the apartments are situated comes with a huge wealth of history, the ground floor once served as a booking office for the wealthy first class. A basement was provided for any luggage where trunks would be stored ready to be transferred to passenger’s cabins.

Fast forward to now and the Grade ll listed exterior of Oceanic House has been restored, this comes after 110 years of its creation. Inside the 30,000 sqft building you will find six luxurious lateral apartments and one two-story penthouse which is up for private sale.

Other features include 24-hour security and underfloor heating. Every bedroom in the apartments are provided with an ensuite and each room has the most desirable of modern finishes with a bespoke design.

The main entrance has been remodeled to capture the glamour of the early twentieth century ocean liners and has a very special reference to the most luxurious of them all, the Titanic. On display is a model of the famous liner.

Gary Hersham, partner at Beauchamp Estates said: “The apartments at Oceanic House represent a unique, once-in-a-lifetime, opportunity to purchase a piece of iconic British history and acquire a luxurious home in the former headquarters of the famous White Star Line in the heart of London’s West End. “
