Scientists reveal more details over the potential ‘hostile alien threat’ travelling through space

Scientists have revealed some details over the possible “hostile alien threat” after Harvard University researchers said a celestial object of “an unusual size” with “unusual acceleration” is travelling towards earth’s direction.

The researchers have said they are trying to work out if the celestial object has extraterrestrial technology is heading towards us.

The object has been called 31/Atlas by astronomers which is 12 to 13 miles in diameter and is on a path that will bring the possible comet or “alien spaceship”

Professor Avi Loeb of Harvard University has said the object is not a massive piece of rock and he is claiming that it is in fact an “alien vessel” which has extraterrestrials.

The object is being studied by the Hubble Space Telescope and Prof Loeb is baffled as to why it looks like it is glowing, as if it is generating its very own light, this means that it may be smaller than previously thought.

NASA’s observations have suggested the object is smaller than they first thought, space agency is saying that “illumination by sunlight cannot explain” why there is scattered light.

Scientists warn a possible ‘alien spaceship of some kind’ is heading towards earth

Prof Loeb has said 31/Atlas will not hit earth and will get close to the sum on 30 October, around 130 million miles.

Prof Loeb suggests this “could be intentional to avoid detailed observations from Earth-based telescopes.”

He warned that if it is alien, then it is “potentially hostile,” he added, it could also be “a completely natural interstellar object.”

Should the object be an alien spacecraft then it will have to change course, if it slows down then it is definitely not a comet, if it travels past earth then it is most likely a piece of space rock.

Former Ministry of Defence (MoD) UFO investigator Nick Pope said, “It is not beyond the realms of science fiction that 31/Atlas could be an alien spaceship of some kind.

He added, “It’s an unusual size, unusual acceleration, unusual course and unusual behaviour those things combined very closely match a sort of mapping or survey mission.”

Pope said there could be a natural answer as to what the object could be, he said, “Of course, this could turn out to be just a comet or an asteroid albeit an interstellar one, so interesting and incredibly rare.”

Pope added, “The good thing is this is a testable hypothesis.”

“Maybe the trajectory was designed,” Prof Loeb, science professor at Harvard University, told Fox News Digital. “If it had an objective to sort of to be on a reconnaissance mission, to either send mini probes to those planets or monitor them… It seems quite anomalous.”

Pope said, “It might do one of two things if this is technological. It could change course and come to Earth itself.

“Or it could, if it’s a mothership, deploy some probes that would come to Earth.”

“Usually with comets you have a tail, a cometary tail, where dust and gas are shining, reflecting sunlight, and that’s the signature of a comet,” Loeb told Fox News Digital.

“Here, you see a glow in front of it, not behind it.”

The former MoD investigator said, “The clock is ticking down. We will know soon enough whether we’re dealing with first contact . . . or just a big rock.”
