On Monday Russia blew up a shopping mall where more than 1,000 civilians were inside going about their daily business.
The missile attack on the shopping centre in Kremenchuk killed at least 18 people and authorities have said this is now a recovery operation after finding body parts.
The Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said, “Sickening to see Russian reactions to the Kremenchuk shopping mall strike.

“Ordinary Russians cheer on social media. Russian diplomats and officials spread insane conspiracy theories, denying that the strike even happened.
“Russia is a country of murderers and patent liars.”
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the Kremlin’s “scumbag terrorists” and called the missile strike “one of the most defiant terrorist attacks in European history.”
In his nightly address on Monday, President Zelenskyy said thankfully many people were able to get out of the shopping centre in time but sadly there are still people inside.”
He said, “Today’s Russian strike at a shopping mall in Kremenchuk is one of the most defiant terrorist attacks in European history.
“A peaceful city, an ordinary shopping mall with women, children, ordinary civilians inside.”
He added, “Only completely scumbag terrorists, who should have no place on earth, can strike at such an object.
“This is not a mistaken missile strike, this is a calculated Russian strike on this shopping centre.”
He then appealed to the United States for them to now recognise Russia as a “state that sponsors terrorism” following the horrific missile strike on the shopping centre.
President Zelensky added, “The Russian state has become the largest terrorist organisation in the world. And this is a fact.
“And this must be a legal fact.
“And everyone in the world must know that buying or transporting Russian oil, maintaining contacts with Russian banks, paying taxes and customs duties to the Russian state means giving money to terrorists.”
G7 leaders who are at a summit in Bavaria, Germany said in a statement, “We stand united with Ukraine in mourning the innocent victims of this brutal attack.
“Indiscriminate attacks on innocent civilians constitute a war crime.
“Russian President Putin and those responsible will be held to account.”
Russia’s deputy ambassador to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyanskiy, said the missile attack on the shopping centre was a “Ukrainian provocation.
He said on Twitter, “Exactly what Kyiv regime needs to keep focus of attention on Ukraine before (the) NATO Summit.”
