Vladimir Putin and Russian officials are calling on young women to create babies in their breaks at their place of work.
Putin is concerned the fertility rate is below the 2.1 required for a sustainable population as it remains at 1.5 children per woman currently.
Some estimates have reported that more than 500,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in action which is the real reason why Putin wants a higher population so they will end up fighting for Russia.
More than a million youngsters have fled Russia since Putin invaded Ukraine which has also had an adverse effect on the economy and has taken skilled workers away from the country.
