Russia has staged military drills in the strategic and key port of Kaliningrad in the Baltic Sea and the Russian deputy Foreign Minister warned all European countries against any potential action against the Russian enclave.

Alexander Grushko warned the West and European countries that should they take any action against Kaliningrad then they will be “playing with fire.”

The Russian Interfax news agency said, 20 SU-27 fighters and SU-24 front-line naval aviation bombers conducted low level combat training and simulated attacks on ground targets and command posts.

“Up to 1,000 military personnel… and more than 60 military equipment units were involved in the control checks,” Interfax quoted the Russian Baltic Fleet Command’s press service as saying.
