The Kremlin has fired Kalibr cruise missiles at unspecified ground targets in Ukraine from a submarine in the Black Sea.

The Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said that Russia will destroy shipments of weaponry heading to Ukraine from Western countries.

Speaking at a news conference of defence ministry office he said, “The United States and its NATO allies are continuing to pump weapons into Ukraine.

“We view any transport of the North Atlantic Alliance arriving on the territory of the country with weapons or materials destined to the Ukrainian army as a target to be destroyed.”

They added that they had hit 40 military targets including ammunition depots and artillery, they disabled six railway stations which are used to supply Ukrainian forces with weapons.
