Online firm Funky Pigeon owner WH Smith is to sell the card company to the Card Factory for £24 million as they look to boost their online digital sales.
Funky Pigeon boosts sales of £32 million a year on average and the card company is based in Bristol and Guernsey.
WH Smith is looking to focus more on their stores and travel sites after they where bought by investment form Modella Capital.
