Love quirky music venues? London just got another one.

Tower Bridge’s south bascule chamber, which is hidden below river-level, has been converted into a music venue for the upcoming Totally Thames Festival.

The chambers can be accessed only by steep and spiral staircases.

According to Tower Bridge’s website, the timings of performances are subject to bridge lifts. Should there be a maintenance fault with the bridge, the event will be cancelled.

A total of six performances will take place on Saturday 26 September and six performances on Sunday 27 September between 11am and 7pm each day.

Each performance has capacity for 48 ticket holders only and tickets are £25 per person.
