The Chancellor does U-turn on National Insurance tax rise

The Chancellor has done a U-turn on National Insurance tax rise. PMQ’s taking place in the commons this lunch time have said they are delighted that the Conservative government are sticking to their 2015 manifesto.

The Chancellor is expected to make a statment at 2:30 today in the House of Commons on class 4 National Insurance contributions.
