The High Court judge, Lord Justice Bean has been exposed as staunch Labour supporter and he was one of the judges who helped overturn the injunction for Home Secretary Yvette Cooper to allow the illegal asylum seekers to remain in Epping.

Lord Justice Bean who read out the High Court ruling on Friday is a member od the Society for Labour Lawyers has thrown Sir Keir Starmer a favourable lifeline, which now means other councils will probably not challenge the Home Office in court to have migrants removed.

Bean sitting with Lady Justice Nicola Davies and Lord Justice Cobb gave their favourable Labour verdict on Friday afternoon.

Sky News Chief Political Correspondent Jon Craig, said in a section of his TV report, “I will make no comment about this but just gently point out – Lord Justice Bean is a leading figure in the Society for Labour Lawyers.

“He was one of the founding members of the Matrix Chambers – the others included Cherie Blair – wife of the former Prime Minister Tony Blair and Lord Hermer, the current Attorney General.

Judge Justice Stephen Eyre, who gave the original high court decision, was a Conservative parliamentary candidate four times.

“We will see if any of the politicians make anything of their political allegiances.

Reading a summary of the ruling on Friday, Bean said, “We conclude that the judge made a number of errors of principle, which undermine his decision.”

This comes following Epping Forest Distrct Council wining the High Court injunction to have the migrants removed from the Bell Hotel.

Nigel Farage has blasted the High Court’s ruling allowing “illegal migrants” to continue to stay at the Bell Hotel in Epping.

The Home Office suggested on Friday at the High Court that the “human right of migrants by putting them in hotels outweighs the safety concerns of local families.”

Chaos will no doubt break out across the UK as the decision will open the flood gates even further as more illegal migrants will now paddle like the clappers to get into Britain.

The Home Office played the human rights card as lawyers argued that the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) takes precedent over taxpaying residents in towns and cities across the UK.

This ruling and the Home Office arguments put forward will anger people even further as tempers are reaching boiling point, many people are warning that this is far from over.

The Reform UK leader is furious and slammed Labour as they have used “ECHR against the people of Epping.”

Farage raged, “Illegal migrants have more rights than the British people under Starmer.”

The deputy Reform leader Richard Tice said that the Hough Court judges and Labour have taken the side of “illegal migrants against British people,” he added, “Only Reform UK can be trusted to end this insanity.”
